System Logistics Customer-Care Service offers well-structured after-sales service. Requests for phone assistance, on-site service, spare-parts availability, preventive maintenance contracts, training courses, HW updating and modifications are handled by the Customer-Care Group.

The service group is organized to ensure not only an adequate phone support but, using the built in system diagnostics with the phone support, System Logistics experts are able to guide the Customer in order to correct machine errors when necessary.

The sophisticated software analysis and diagnostics allows the machine to use remote control and helps ensure a rapid correction.
